The following sales policies apply to purchases made at our store as well as through our website quebecacoustic.com

SHIPPING POLICIES

We are pleased to offer you an efficient and convenient delivery service to allow you to receive your items quickly and with complete peace of mind. Please read carefully the details of our delivery policy below:

Shipping to provinces: (QC, ON, NB, NS, PEI): Purolator standard shipping is free on most orders valued at $225 CAD and above, before taxes. However, large items or items weighing more than 90lbs (41kg) may be excluded.
Shipping to provinces: (AB, BC, MB, SK): Purolator standard shipping is free on most orders valued at $399 CAD and above, before taxes. However, large items or items weighing more than 90lbs (41kg) may be excluded.
Shipping to other provinces : Shipping will be charge for all orders to provinces not listed above.
Fast Shipping (for in-stock items)
- Quebec and Ontario: Receive your item usually within 1-2 business days if ordered before noon.
- Other provinces: Delivery times usually vary between 2 to 5 days.
Fast Order Processing: All orders for in-stock items placed before noon will usually be shipped within 1-2 days. We also offer a Purolator expedited delivery service.
Shipping Destinations: Please note that we ship to Canada only.
Signature Required: To ensure the security of your order, a signature is required upon receipt of the package. This allows us to ensure that your item reaches you safely and is not given to an unauthorized third party.

SALE POLICIES

PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS, REFUNDS, or EXCHANGES

Any special order product, as well as the following products are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges: projector lamps, custom cut or custom cables, turntable cartridges, furniture, in-ear headphones, portable audio/MP3 players, paint, and clearance items.

REFUND

Upon presentation of the original invoice, we will refund eligible merchandise that is new, unused and in its original sealed packaging within 15 days of purchase. Any refund will be made to the method of payment used at the time of purchase. Please note that if you paid shipping fees, they will not be refunded. Shipping costs, if any, to return the merchandise are the responsibility of the customer.

If eligible products have been used or the boxes have been unsealed, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the pre-tax subtotal. You must still have the original boxes and accessories in perfect condition. Items deemed to be in poor condition will not be refunded. Any refund will be made to the method of payment used at the time of purchase.

EXCHANGE

Upon presentation of the original invoice, we will exchange eligible merchandise that is new, unused and in its original sealed packaging within 15 days of purchase, without restocking fees. Shipping costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

If the returned eligible products have been used or the boxes are unsealed, only an exchange for a product of equal or greater value will be possible and a maximum of 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the original price paid. You must still have the original boxes and accessories in perfect condition. Items deemed to be in poor condition will not be exchanged.

WARRANTIES

Upon presentation of the original invoice from our store, we will exchange all defective products within the first 15 days of purchase, without any additional charge. Subject to our terms in note 1 below.

Thereafter, and for the remaining duration of the manufacturer's warranty, the products will be repaired or exchanged according to the manufacturer's terms, while respecting our terms in note 1 below. Delivery costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Note 1: Warranties do not cover abusive use, accidental breakage, misuse of equipment or problems related to or caused by electrical current, lightning or any other disasters or disasters.
